As an employer, you have access to an extensive database of applicants.
After logging in, you choose the package that suits you and post a job ad for 60 days.
Using the Jobpackers platform, the right match is then made with suitable candidates. As an employer, you can reach out to candidates directly, but job seekers can also respond to your advertisement.
Thanks to the chat function, it’s easy to get in touch — and the best part: it happens automatically in your own language! In addition, you can video call your candidates via Jobpackers.
When posting an ad, you’ll receive 10 free credits. You need these credits to chat and video call with candidates — one credit per candidate. So, you can approach 10 candidates, and as long as your ad is active, you can buy extra credits.

Creating your job ad is very simple. Jobpackers offers a few standard components to choose from, such as industry and job role. If your industry or role is not listed, email us at info@jobpackers.com. You can use AI to help write the job description: type “create vacancy” in the text field, and AI will ask you for a few keywords. It will then automatically generate a text, which you can edit and copy into your advertisement.
To search for a suitable candidate, your ad must be online and you must be logged in. You can then filter by various characteristics to select the right group of candidates.
If you find a candidate, you can send a chat request — the candidate will be notified that you are interested. Likewise, a candidate can send a chat request in response to your ad. You can then chat in your own languages.
After the first chat message, a video request link appears, allowing you to start a video call alongside the chat.
If you wish to hire a candidate, it is useful to create a placement confirmation as a preliminary step before the employment contract.
