How does it work for employers?
The Jobpackers platform brings employers and job seekers together.
As an employer, you have access to an extensive database of job seekers.
After logging in, you choose the package that suits you and post a job for 60 days.
The Jobpackers platform then matches you with suitable candidates.
As an employer, you can approach candidates directly, and job seekers can also respond to your job posting.
Thanks to the chat function, getting in touch is easy – and best of all, it happens automatically in your own language! You can also video call your candidates via the Jobpackers chat.
Because Jobpackers is still in its start-up phase and wants to build a database of serious candidates, your first job posting is free and further job postings are offered at a reduced rate.
When you post a job, you receive 10 free credits. You need these credits to chat and video call with candidates – one credit per candidate. With these you can contact 10 candidates; while your job posting is active, you can buy additional credits.

Creating your job posting is very easy. Jobpackers offers a few standard options to choose from, such as industry and job title. If your industry or job title is not listed, just chat with Jobpackers. AI can help with the text: in the job posting form, click “Generate with AI” and a description is written automatically based on the details you entered. You can then edit it as you like.
Next, you can add your company logo and a few photos. AI selects a cover photo for your job posting, so that all job postings for the same job title have a consistent look.
When your job posting is complete, you can review it before submitting it to Jobpackers. Jobpackers will approve your job posting and publish it within 24 hours.
To search for suitable candidates, your job posting must be online and you must be logged in. You can then filter on various criteria to select the right group of candidates.
When you have found a candidate, you can send them a chat request. The candidate then receives an email letting them know you are interested. Candidates can also send a chat request in response to your job posting. After that, you can chat with each other, each in your own language.
After the first chat message, a video call link appears. You can use it to invite a candidate to a video call alongside your chat.
When you want to hire a candidate, it is useful to draw up a placement confirmation before the employment contract, in which you record your initial agreements. The employer fills in the placement confirmation and sends it to the candidate for approval.
