How Jobpackers works for employers
How does it work for employers?
The Jobpackers link brings employers and jobseekers together.
As an employer you have access to an extensive database of job applicants.
After logging in, you choose the package that suits you and post a job vacancy for 60 days.
The Jobpackers platform is then used to make the right match with suitable candidates.
As an employer you can approach candidates directly but a jobseeker can also respond to your vacancy.
Thanks to the chat function it is easy to get in touch – and the best thing is : it happens automatically in your own language! Moreover, you can video call your candidates via Jobpackers’ chat.
Because Jobpackers is still in a start-up phase and wants to build up a database with serious candidates, your first vacancy is free and then the next vacancy at a reduced rate.
When you post a job, you will receive 10 credits for free. You need these credits to chat and video call candidates – one credit per candidate. You can contact 10 candidates as long as your ad is active, you can buy additional credits.
