How does Jobpackers work for Candidates?
The online platform of Jobpackers brings employers and job seekers together.
Create an account with Jobpackers and get in touch with employers from the Netherlands or Belgium.
On the platform you can see all ads without being logged in.
After logging in and confirming the terms and conditions, you create a free account. You fill in your details and skills. After you have created an account you can open the vacancy so that more information becomes available for you to select and respond to. Through a search filter you can search for the right job. As a candidate you can respond to the vacancy but an employer can also approach you.
Through the chat function you can easily get in touch with each other, this happens automatically in your own language! It is also possible to video call one of the employers via Jobpackers.
As long as the vacancy is online you can respond to the employer in question. A vacancy is online for a maximum of 60 days.

Creating your account is very easy, your profile serves as your CV. Jobpackers offers a number of standard fields, such as branch and function. If your branch or function is not listed, you can contact us at myprofile@jobpackers.com.
To search for a suitable job, the job ad must be online and you must be logged in.
Then you can filter by various characters so you can respond to the right job.
When you have found a desired job opening, you can issue a chat request to the employer, the employer will be notified that you are interested in him. Conversely, the employer can make a chat request to you. You will then receive an email. After this you can chat in your own language!
After the first chat message, the employer may invite you to a video call, by accepting it you can video call possibly in addition to your chat with the employer.
When you choose a particular job through Jobpackers, the employer prepares a placement confirmation prior to an employment contract. The placement confirmation lists the agreements you have agreed upon.
The placement confirmation form is created by the employer and sent to you for approval.
