At Jobpackers, we help you make the right choice for hiring foreign employees. We analyze with you which option best suits your company: hiring directly or through your own staffing agency. Both options offer advantages, but it’s essential to understand both and see which one best suits your organization’s specific needs.

When you choose to hire foreign employees, it does come with some additional responsibilities. Think of recruitment and selection, managing personnel files, and arranging things like wages and possibly housing and transportation.

With our years of experience and advanced platform, we support you in the recruitment process, where you as an employer play an important role, because you know best which employees you are looking for.

We also offer the ability to centralize administrative tasks around your employees. You can assign an employee internally to be responsible for managing personnel files, forwarding them to payroll programs, requesting social security numbers and arranging housing and transportation.

If you prefer not to do this yourself, Jobpackers can take over these administrative tasks for you at a fixed hourly rate, so that you are completely relieved.
